That is a strong list. If on-call rotas or browser checks are on your requirements sheet, Hyperping covers them and Undownable does not.
Where it starts to hurt
Two things, and they are both about how the bill grows rather than what the product does.
- Seats are billed individually beyond the small number included in each plan, with the per-seat rate rising as you move up tiers. A five person team on the entry plan is the plan price plus three extra seats.
- The step from the free plan to the first paid plan is a large one in price terms, and there is nothing in between for a team that needs a custom status page domain and little else.
- Server agents beyond the included allowance are a separate per-agent charge.
- Status page counts are capped per tier, so running a page per client means moving up the ladder.
To be fair about it, the free plan is generous and none of this bites until you have a team. It just bites quickly once you do.
